The Texas Campfire Conference begins THREE WEEKS FROM TODAY!
We are in the final states of setting the agenda, and we would like your input if there is a reason you would be unable to speak at the time we have scheduled your presentation.
You will receive a "snail mail" letter from Diamond Donna Ness in the next few days. The letter will ask if you need special equipment for your presentation. Both hand mikes and a lapel mike or two will be available, and we will have a screen and overhead projector available. If you're going to have a power point presentation, we ask that you bring your own equipment.
Our goal is to present a KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE CONFERENCE, and there will be no way that Judy and I will be able to thank you enough, nor express our appreciation at a level high enough to approach our true feelings for your gift of time, registration and travel expenses, and your presentations which will make this a NASA Quality American launching of 2005.
If we did not think of each of you as members of our family, or perhaps I should say that we are all members of the ever-growing Youngevity family, it would be impossible to assemble this many qualified experts, and wonderful human beings, for this, or any event. We truly appreciate what you are doing!
Please let us know what we can do to make your visit to College Station, Texas, go as smoothly as possible. IF you will tell us when you plan to arrive, we will arance for personal pick up at Easterwood Airport in College Station, and/or have someone at the Hilton Hotel to assist you if you have any special needs at that time.
